Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of and participation in The AI Course, run by Ai With Remy LLC ("Ai With Remy", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601. By enrolling in The AI Course or using our community, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
Provider: Ai With Remy LLC, 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. Contact: hello@aiwithremy.com. "The AI Course" (the "Course") is a live, cohort-based program in which Remy shares his AI operating system and teaches you to build your own. It includes scheduled live sessions, session recordings, a one-click install of his setup, assigned work between sessions, and access to a private community.
2. Enrolment and eligibility
You agree to provide accurate enrolment and billing information. Your enrolment is personal to you: access, materials, recordings, and community membership are for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
3. What your enrolment includes
- A place in a scheduled cohort, with live sessions held on the dates and times communicated to you before the Course begins.
- Recordings of the live sessions, made available to rewatch.
- The one-click install of Remy's setup (skills, tools, and configuration), licensed to you for personal use.
- Assigned work between sessions.
- Access to the private course community for the duration of the cohort.
- Three months of free access to the alumni community after the Course, after which it continues as a paid membership unless you cancel (see section 6).
- Some enrolment options (for example a VIP or "Build With Me" place) include additional support as described at checkout. The same Terms and refund policy apply to all enrolment options unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Pricing and payment
The price of the Course is shown at checkout, in US dollars (USD), and is the amount payable unless a discount (such as an early-bird price) applies at the time of purchase. You can pay in full, or in instalments under a payment plan if one is offered at checkout. If you choose a payment plan, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge each instalment on its due date until the full amount is paid. You are responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion costs, or bank fees that apply. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
Missed payments on a payment plan. If you are paying by instalments, each instalment is due on the date shown at checkout, and it is your responsibility to keep a valid payment method on file so each charge can be taken. If an instalment is missed or declined, you have a grace period of seven days from its due date to bring the payment up to date. If the instalment is still unpaid after those seven days, Ai With Remy LLC reserves the right to withdraw your access to the Course and the community and to cancel your enrolment, without refunding any amounts you have already paid. Where we do this, we will stop charging any remaining instalments. This does not limit your statutory rights under section 5(e).
5. Refund policy
We want you to enrol with confidence, so refunds work in two ways.
(a) 3-day cooling-off period. You can cancel your enrolment within 3 days of your purchase and receive a full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@aiwithremy.com within those 3 days from the address you enrolled with.
(b) Complete-the-work guarantee. After the 3-day cooling-off period, the Course is refundable only if you have done the work and it still has not delivered for you. To be eligible under this guarantee, you must have:
- attended every live session in your cohort (live, or by watching the recording where you could not attend live), and
- completed all of the assigned work for the Course.
If you meet both conditions and are still not satisfied, email hello@aiwithremy.com within 48 hours of your cohort's final live session to request a full refund. We may ask you to show your completed work and confirm your attendance before we process it.
(c) How refunds are paid. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. If you are on a payment plan and your refund is approved, any remaining instalments are cancelled and amounts already paid are refunded under whichever part of this policy applies.
(d) What is not refundable. Outside the 3-day cooling-off period, enrolments are not refundable where the complete-the-work conditions are not met. We also do not refund enrolments ended because of a serious breach of these Terms or our community rules (see section 8), or amounts already paid where your enrolment is cancelled for a missed payment on a payment plan (see section 4).
(e) Your statutory rights. Nothing in this refund policy limits or removes rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live (for example the Australian Consumer Law, or consumer rights in the UK and EU). Where those laws give you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply.
6. Recurring memberships (alumni community)
Your enrolment includes three months of free access to the alumni community after the Course ends. After the free period, membership continues automatically as a recurring subscription at the price shown when you joined, unless you cancel before the free period ends. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the current period unless required by law.
7. Intellectual property and licence
All Course materials, including live sessions, recordings, written materials, templates, and the installed skills, tools, and configuration, are owned by Ai With Remy LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own learning and your own work. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share access to the materials, recordings, or community, or use them to build a competing course or product.
8. Community rules and conduct
The private community is there to help you build. Treat other members and the team with respect. We may remove content, or suspend or remove a member, for harassment, spam, sharing access, leaking materials, or other behaviour that harms the community. If we remove you for a serious breach of these Terms or the community rules, you are not entitled to a refund.
9. Educational purpose and results
The Course is educational. It teaches you how to build and use an AI setup; it does not guarantee any particular financial result, income, or outcome. What you get out of the Course depends on the work you put in.
10. Schedule changes and cancellation by us
We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, format, or content of a cohort, and will tell you about significant changes. If we cancel a cohort before it starts and cannot offer you a place on a suitable alternative, we will give you a full refund.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ai With Remy LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Course or community. Where we are found liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you enrolled. We post the current version on this page with its effective date.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the Wyoming courts have jurisdiction. This does not override mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (see section 5(e)).
