This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Ai With Remy LLC ("Ai With Remy", "we", "us") collects when you visit our website, join our newsletter, enrol in The AI Course, or use our community, and what we do with it. Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Who we are

We are Ai With Remy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. We are the controller of your personal information. For any privacy question or request, email hello@aiwithremy.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details such as your name and email when you join the newsletter or enrol.
• Account and enrolment details, including answers you give in our waitlist or enrolment questions (for example your role, experience level, and what you want AI to help with).
• Payment information when you buy the Course or a membership. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, not your full card number.
• Anything you post in the community, and messages you send us.

Information from your use of the course and community

When you take part in the Course and the online community, we and the platform that runs it collect general information about your participation, such as the posts and comments you make, your attendance and progress, and how you interact with the materials. We keep this general here: it covers the information needed to run the course and community, support your learning, and improve the Course.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site we collect basic technical and usage data, such as device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use your information

• provide and run the Course, including scheduling, recordings, materials, and community access;
• process payments and manage your enrolment or membership;
• send you the newsletter and emails about the Course, your enrolment, and related updates;
• respond to your questions and provide support;
• improve our website, content, and the Course;
• meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and protect against fraud and misuse.

Marketing emails

By completing a purchase, you agree to receive marketing emails from Ai With Remy and The AI Course. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Opting out of marketing will not affect the emails we need to send you about your enrolment, such as schedules, receipts, and account notices.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the UK and EU)

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for example for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time); performance of our contract with you (to deliver the Course you bought); and our legitimate interests (to run, secure, and improve our business).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, including:

• Stripe, to process payments securely.
• Circle, the platform that runs our online course and community and sends course-related notifications.
• Our email and newsletter provider, to send and manage emails.
• Our website hosting and analytics providers, to serve the site and understand how it is used.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.

6. Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; turning some off may affect how the site works.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account, enrolment, or membership with us, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legitimate business or legal reasons (such as tax and accounting records). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the US and other countries. Where we transfer information from the UK, EU, or other regions, we take steps to ensure it is protected as required by applicable law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and receive a copy of your information.
