Over 6 live sessions you'll onboard your AI team in 4 layers (a brain, hands, playbooks, and autopilot), so you 10x your daily productivity and spend your days in your zone of genius. You leave with a working system you actually run, not a folder of videos. No code, ever.
From the newsletter 20,000+ operators read every week. As featured on The Startup Ideas Podcast with Greg Isenberg.

You're using AI every day. ChatGPT or Claude, always open in a tab.
Maybe you've gone further than that. You've poked at Claude Code, set up a few projects, connected a tool or two.
Either way, there's no real system underneath it.
It's all duct-taped together. Half-built, half-working, and held together by you.
You spend more time wrestling with it than you save using it. Re-explaining yourself. Tweaking your setup. Yelling at Claude to just do the thing the way you actually meant.
By the time it gets it right, you could've done it yourself.
So you quietly drift back to the old way, with AI sitting in a tab, watching.
And the noise makes it ten times worse.
Every day your feed has a new "this just killed that." Perplexity killed Google. Manus killed Perplexity. Some shiny new tool killed the one you finally figured out last week.
Everyone's got a hot take. None of them agree.
So you freeze, not knowing where to start or where to place your chips.
Sound familiar?
It's simpler than the gurus make it sound.
That's the setup. That's the whole game. And almost nobody teaches it.
Onboarding your AI comes down to 4 simple layers. That's what we build, together, live.
"You're still out in the field growing crops by hand. Everyone else is driving a tractor."
Together we onboard your AI team and build your own AI operating system, live on your machine, shaped around your business.
Two weeks. Six live sessions. A small room of founders and business leaders.
I clear every blocker as it comes. You build the whole time. And you walk away with a working system you use the next morning, not a folder of videos you never open.
Picture 30 days from now.
20 to 30 hours a week, back in your pocket.
The busywork that used to drain you is handled.
You wake up and your AI team has already been working through the night.
Your morning brief is waiting, everything you need to do today, lined up against your quarterly goals.
The competitor ad scraping is done. Your inbox is triaged, the replies already drafted in your voice, waiting on your yes.
You've got a new offer launching next week. You sit down, and a few hours later the emails, the ads, the landing page, and the checkout are done.
By 9am you've cleared what used to take till 6.
Your day goes to the work only you can do. The creative, the strategic, the things that actually move the business forward.
And honestly, it gets hard to imagine working any other way.
Think of your AI like a brilliant new hire on day one.
They're smart, sure. But they don't know your business, can't log into anything, don't know how you do things, and sit there waiting to be told what to do.
Onboarding fixes all four. That's exactly how you build your AI team. Four layers.
give it the knowledge.
A hire who already knows your business, your offer, your customers, your voice. Set it up once and stop re-explaining yourself in every new chat.
Example: it knows your ICP, your tone, your quarterly goals, your numbers.
give it access.
A hire with the logins, so it can actually do the work instead of just talking about it. Connected to where you already work: Notion, Gmail, Slack, your CRM, your ad accounts.
Plus the cool stuff: web scraping, Instagram scraping, competitor ad scraping.
teach it how you do things.
The repeatable jobs, done your way, every time. Teach it once, and it runs that playbook perfectly forever.
Example: a subscription audit, YouTube thumbnails, your newsletter, competitor analysis, a full ad campaign, each one command.
let it run without you.
A hire that doesn't wait to be asked. Your skills fire on a schedule, so the work happens while you sleep.
Example: your morning brief at 7am, competitor ad scraping every week, a report every Friday.
Master these four layers and you own the skill underneath all of it. The tools will keep changing. You won't have to. You're never behind again.
6 live sessions over 2 weeks, 90 minutes each (60 minutes building, 30 minutes live Q&A where I clear your blockers on the spot). Every session recorded, so you can rewatch or catch one you miss.
One command (/onboard) installs your AI OS and a folder for every department of your business. You walk away with your OS live on your machine, already knowing your business. Your first win, day one.
Give your OS and each department its single source of truth. You walk away with an AI that knows your business cold, so you stop re-explaining yourself for good.
Connect the apps your business runs on: Notion, Gmail, Slack, your CRM, plus the scrapers. You walk away with an AI that can actually do the work, not just talk about it.
Build a repeatable skill you'll run every day. You walk away with your first real skill, a job that used to eat an hour, now one command.
Put your skills on a schedule so they run without you. You walk away with a system that works while you sleep, starting with your morning brief at 7am.
Together we run a real launch end to end: competitive research, emails, ads, and a landing page built and hosted live. You walk away with proof it all works as one system, and the template for everything you build after.
Note: you build the showcase along with me, and your own department-OS stays personalised to your business throughout.
Plus, your waitlist bonus: 3 months in the private community, free. Weekly office hours with me, a growing resource library, fresh modules, and a room of operators who keep building long after the cohort ends. Normally $147/month.
Real operators, in their own words, on what changed after working with me.

I'm remy.
Back in 2022 I started a marketing agency, Adpress. Running full stack marketing for service businesses and ecom brands; paid media, creative, funnels, CRO, the full monty.
If you're familiar with agencies, the only way to grow is to add people. More clients, more headcount, more overhead. That's the whole model.
Then ChatGPT landed in 2023 and I got obsessed. I saw a way to grow without growing the team, and I went deeper than anyone I knew. I had huge prompt libraries before "prompting" was a thing. I was building custom GPTs the week they dropped. I was one of the first Claude users in 2023 because it was better at copywriting.
The moment AI could do image and video, I was making ad creative with it before the agency world caught on.
Getting a system to finally click and run on its own, exactly how I wanted, gave me the same buzz video games did as a kid. I was hooked.
So about 8 months ago I went all in: AI consulting, and teaching this in the open.
Since then I've helped some of the world's most impressive founders go AI-first. People like Hudson Leogrande, founder of Comfrt, the fastest-growing ecom brand in the world, and Noah Hunter Dorsey, a Forbes 30 Under 30 who runs Future Fulfilment, an 8-figure global 3PL, and many more.
And I've broken it all down on Greg Isenberg's Startup Ideas Podcast and on Open Residency with Mark.
I held off building this course for a while. I didn't want to teach it until I had it nailed. I can say now, hand on heart, that I know this space and these systems inside out.
And I'm about to hand you everything I know.
Remy · AI with Remy
You don't need to be technical. You don't need to code. I can't either. I learned this the way you're about to.
We run two live cohorts so every call lands at a sane hour, wherever you are. Same curriculum, same build, just two clocks.
| Session | US | Europe | Australia |
|---|---|---|---|
| Morning room | 4:00am ET · 1:00am PT | 10:00am CEST · 9:00am UK | 6:00pm Sydney · 4:00pm Perth |
| Evening room | 11:00am ET · 8:00am PT | 5:00pm CEST · 4:00pm UK | 1:00am Sydney (+1 day) · 11:00pm Perth |
The Americas and western Europe take the evening room. Australia and Asia take the morning room.
Both rooms are all levels. A short async primer gets newer builders to the same starting line, so beginners aren't overwhelmed and advanced folks aren't bored. Pick your room at checkout.
The evening room carries most of the demand, so it'll fill first.
You don't need another YouTube video or a $97/month Skool community to half-watch and forget.
You need 20+ hours a week back.
Every week without this, the same 20+ hours disappear into busywork. Re-explaining yourself to AI. Doing by hand what should be running on its own.
Put your own number on an hour of your time. $50? $200? $500?
Now multiply it by 20. Then by 52.
That's what another year of doing it the old way costs you.
Noah ran the same maths in one session: a landing page his agency had charged him $27,000 for, rebuilt in about 20 minutes.
The whole cohort, the build, my entire skills library, and 3 months of community, is $1,497.
If it buys back even a few hours a week, it's paid for itself before the first month is out.
your rate × 20 hrs × 52 weeks
Noah Hunter DorseyCo-Founder, Future Fulfilment"I run Future Fulfilment, an 8-figure global 3PL company, and before Remy I wasn't using AI in the business at all. I sat down with him and in about 20 minutes built a landing page I'd just paid an agency $27,000 for. After that I was sold. A client dashboard my team had scoped at 2-3 months of work, I could build in a day. I built an inventory management system in a night. And then automated my lead response and appointment setting the day after that. We run Future Fulfilment AI-first now, and it started with that one session with Remy. Couldn't recommend highly enough."
Leo MooreAds Agency Owner (Australia)"Remy helped me a tonne with my AI setup for my ads agency. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was optimised. The biggest value I got was from the 'unknown unknowns' he revealed. There were just so many things I wasn't aware of being possible, even as a big Claude user. 10/10 would recommend, easy ROI."
Conor DeaneIndonesia"Couldn't recommend more highly. I was feeling overwhelmed with everything AI. I knew I needed to be implementing it into my business and quickly, but I wasn't sure where to start. Remy taught me how to think about AI, gave me a structure to approach any platform, and showed me the best way of introducing it to my team and business."
Nathan LileyOnline Marketing"My consultation calls with Remy were brilliant. I learnt a huge amount in a short time. There is so much AI slop out there right now. Remy cut straight through it. He made the AI path clear for my business and laid out every tool I need to bring my vision to life. Highly recommend."

If you change your mind before we start, there's a 3-day cooling-off period, full refund no questions asked.
Once we're rolling, you're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't deliver, you get a full refund. All I ask is that you show up and build.
Still on the fence? Here's what people ask before they join.
Yes, and I can't code either. You run the whole thing in plain English, like talking to a sharp assistant who handles the technical part for you. If you can install an app and find a file on your computer, you're qualified.
Both rooms run all levels. If you're newer, a short primer gets you to the start line before session one, so you're never lost. If you've been using Claude or ChatGPT daily but it's still scattered, the structure is exactly what you're missing. The only people who'll find it slow are the ones already building multi-agent setups every day.
That's the reason to do it. It's 6 sessions over 2 weeks, 90 minutes each, and you build during the call, so there's no homework pile waiting after. The whole point is to hand you back 20+ hours a week, fast.
There's nothing to get around to later. It's live, you build your own system in the room with me, and you leave each session with a working piece already running in your business. You do it as we go.
The tools will change. What you learn here won't. We build the system and the skill underneath it, so when a new tool drops you just plug it in. You stop chasing every shiny launch because you own the part that doesn't change.
Every session is recorded and yours to keep. Watch the replay, then bring any blockers to the next live Q&A, or drop them in the community.
The AI Course is the full cohort: 6 live sessions, your OS, the skills library, recordings, and 3 months of community. Build With Me is all of that plus 4 private 1:1 calls with me, where I map the system to your exact business and unblock you one on one. Only 8 of those seats exist.
Yes. Split it into 4 fortnightly payments, chosen at checkout.
Fair. Most courses sell you information and leave you to implement alone. This is done with you. I'm in the room clearing your blockers in real time, and you walk out with real systems running, not notes. If it still doesn't deliver, the guarantee has you covered.
Whichever lands at a sane hour for you. The morning room suits Asia-Pacific and early Europe; the evening room suits the Americas and Europe. Same curriculum and build in both, and the evening room tends to fill first.
You're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee once we start: do the work, and if it doesn't deliver, you get a full refund. There's also a 3-day cooling-off period if you change your mind before we begin. Full terms in the guarantee above.
The gap compounds every week you wait.
Six months from now you'll either still be the human glue between a dozen tools, or you'll be the operator with a system that runs the busywork while you sleep.
Two weeks. One real build. A room of people doing it with you.
Doors close Saturday July 11. The cohort kicks off Monday July 13.
